With many restaurants in Leicester, Carlos and Tania from Altro Mondo Italian Restaurant, wanted a complete rebrand. They wanted us to create a much younger and fresh image, using more pictures than text. They wanted to stand out from their competition and let everyone know that they serve an “Authentic Italian” meal! With this in mind, they also wanted us to bring in new customers.
We faced two main challenges, competition from many restaurants in Leicester including a many Italian ones and the fact that Altro Mondo is located on the edge of the centre of Leicester, where footfall is limited.
To develop a much younger and vibrant brand collateral for the restaurant and unify it across digital and print platforms. The implementation of organic SEO on their website using high resolution photos to show customers the quality of food they do. Do develop their social media presence via frequent posts and paid advertising campaigns to bring in a new customer base.
We developed a much younger brand image for the restaurant, starting with the logo and fonts.
The creation of a tag line “Authentic Italian”
We created a brand new responsive WordPress website allowing it to be displayed across desktop and mobile devices. We used the new brand collateral to ensure that its new identity is consistent.
We ensured that the website is SEO Friendly by making sure it has several parameters that we work with, such as mobile friendly, clean code amongst many others, thus allowing the website to be found online!
With regular posts, offers and paid campaigns, Altro Mondo’s social media page on Facebook has grown well. Organic reach is between 32% to 127% with an average of 86% making a great way to advertise cost effectively!
